Getting a Property Loan

We understand that you may want to buy a property, but you may not have the inital capital to get the business up and running.

Fear not however. We offer loans to cover most property acquisitions within Liberty City.

There are two methods of payment:

Method One- An auto deduct can be taken into account where the payment per game will automatically go against the loan until it is payed off. We offer a better interest rate to those who use this system as it is guaranteed payment

Method Two- You may manually deduct the money out of your account and pay the banker at any point within the game. The interest rate will not be as good as the auto deduct because payment is not guaranteed.

In the Event Payments are missed:
After three missed payments, the player will be notified that unless the overdue balance, with fees incurred must be payed off by the end of the game that day or the property will be siezed by the bank and internal action is to be taken against the player.


Auto and Personal Loans

If personal loan is not payed, the bank account will be frozen, all money in the account will be applied to the loan, and the account will remain frozen until the balance is paid off.
