Arresting a Suspect

If a police officer attempts to arrest a suspect, and the suspect puts up resistance, the following actions may be taken

The Police Officer may attempt to physically restrain the individual.

If the police officer punches a suspect, the suspect is considered arrested and must crouch. The suspect is allowed to remain silent, and must do as the officer says.


If the suspect draws his weapon and opens fire:

The officer may return fire using his service pistol, shotgun, sub machine gun, or assault rifle.
In the event the suspect is killed, the suspect is required to call the officer immediately upon respawn and report to where ever the officer says. It is up to the officer at that point to decide whether the suspect was just wounded or killed by the gun fire.

In the event the officer is killed, the suspect may make an escape. However a bounty may be placed on the suspect by the police department, police commissioner, or mayor.

The bounty is collected by the person to kill the suspect. The same terms apply to the bounty hunter that the applies to the cop. Upon death the suspect must report to where ever the bounty hunter notes. From there he may be handed over to the Law Enforcement Agency of his choice.
