Law of the Land

The Laws of Liberty City are subjective and subject to change based on the actions in the game. All changes in Law must go through the mayor and may or may not be voted on by players.

The Police-
They are not allowed to pull a player over for no reason.
a)being in a gang does not constitute being a crime.

They must be in Police Cruisers otherwise they are considered off duty. Exception to the rule is an Undercover Office in which the mayor has to be notified there is a UC present.**

They are not enforcers, they are in place to serve and protect. If you are getting shaken down, they won't go get your money back, they can take measures to make sure it doens't happen again.

Weapons
They are not to be brandished in public

If combat in the streets becomes an issue, measures may be taken to restrict weapons even more.

Use of Rocket Propelled Grenades is considered a crime.

Contacting the Police
If a crime is perpetrated against you and you call the police, do not say, (insert player's name here) just robbed me. Give them a description of the character. That way it makes them investigate instead of just going and try to arrest someone.
