Character Creation Process

Players Start out with 1000 dollars
Players may be revived as long as someone pays the bill for their medical services, if the player is out of money and can find no one to pay their medical bill, they must create a new character. All assets are forfeit back to the game, and all skills but two are lost. Player restarts with $1000 and may not recreate exact same character[b]

[b]Skills: You're Only Allowed To Pick Two with Initial Character Creation. An Extra Skill Can Be Purchased In Game, and May Be Awarded At the End Of Each Session

"Combat" Skills (Must be taught by specific Instructor):
Pistols
SMGs
Shotguns
Assault Rifles

Accessory Skills:
Map (Turns off Blips Only to Regular radar)
Heal You/People (Restricted Skill; occupation-specific)

Money
Our money system will be on a tiered system with a bonus. The bonus being, we encourage our players actually work the jobs they are signed up for. The tier pay guarantees a certain amount of money. However if you actually work the job you shall recieve a predetermined bonus based on the number of in game hours you work at the establishment.

Regular Jobs

A Job does not have to be on this list for a player to be able to do it in game. We encourage players to come up with their own job titles and they will be integrated on to the forum/website with the appropriate pay scale

Bodyguards-Tier 2 Paid to guard people or businesses. (A very risky job)

Business owner - Tier 2 Own and operate a business.

Car Dealer-Tier 3 Sells cars legally (or illegally if the vehicle was stolen).

Car Mechanic- Tier 1 Repair cars via either a health pack or a Pay n Spray for a profit.

*Doctor-Tier 3 You get money by healing people legally. (*Heal skill required).

*Fisherman-Tier 2 You brave the waters to search for fish. (*Boating skill required).

Hooker- Tier 1 Work those streets hard and maybe life will get better.

Pimp- Tier 1 get a hooker and show them whose boss.

*Paramedic-Tier 2 Drive,Fly, or Boat to people; escort them to health packs in order to "heal them". (*Both one vehicle skill and the heal skill required)

*Pilot- Tier 2 Fly people around. (*Flying Skill required).

Private Investigator- Tier 1 Try and solve mysteries, is someone lying to someone else? Get hired by them and find out.

*Truck driver- Tier 2 Drive Semis around town and move cargo. (*Driving skill required)

Factory Worker -Tier 1 Work in a factory to sate the city's desire for goods.

Lawyer Tier 3-Special Job A lawyer has to have a basic understanding of the law and be willing to defend people.

*Sailor Tier 2 - Transporting cargo, people, etc. via sea-faring ships (*Boating Skills Required)

Oil Refinery Worker Tier 2 - Work at the oil refinery to sate the city's need for oil.


Special Jobs
Special Jobs are jobs that have more responsibility than regular jobs and unlocks certain skills for having the job.

The Cop- Tier 1 You have all your skills unlocked automatically and must keep the peace with a below average money salary. The Cop is not a regular cop like the rest, they have the gun and badge, but no uniform. They can arrest people, take bribes, or anything else a regular cop would do. They can even freeze bank accounts. They also need a location to take people they arrest, like a secluded building they can keep people in.

Mayor- Tier 5 The mayor can only stay in office for 8 games, if the mayor dies or the term is up, an election will be called. This is optional, Mayors can appoint people as commissioners to watch over certain things of the city, like a police commissioner to watch over the police or a business commissioner to charge businesses licenses or business insurance. The Mayor also has to run the city and manage the government fund. The Mayor can fire people in government positions and make laws and taxes.

Commissioner-Tier 4 Must be appointed by a mayor and has to do what the mayor assigned them to do such as watching over people or making sure things work.

Police Dispatcher - Tier 2 Must be appointed by either Mayor or commissioner; essentially dispatches officers to the scene of a particular event.

Journalist-Tier 3 Uncover the truth behind the city and it's people, you will have a section on the forums to post your stories and expose anything you find.

Judge Tier 4- As the Judge you have to rule on cases of civil disputes and crime, the judge will be stationed around the prison. You have to have an understanding of how the legal system works in order to get this job.

Certified Firearm Instructor Tier 0 - Teach "Combat Skills" to people for a profit. All "combat skills" automatically unlocked. *Staff/high-trust job

*Driving Instructor Tier 0 - Teach people how to drive for a profit (*Driving skill required)

*Boating Instructor Tier 0 - teach people how to pilot a boat for a profit (*Boating skill required)

*Flight Instructor Tier 0 - teach people how to fly a helicopter for a profit (*Flying skill required)

Another thing that is important to note: If you have a job that has a tier level of 0, your medical bill will be $100 every time your character is sent to the hospital.

I'll be playing the Banker, keeping track of all money plus making sure everything runs smoothly and be playing my character as well. During the time while were not playing, I'll be the Real Estate Agent and you can buy property.
